For this card I adhered white tissue paper to brown cardstock and used my seeing stars die to cut the star. I also adhered blue tissue paper to pattern paper and cut out the smaller stars with a 1/2" circle punch. The pattern paper is from My Minds Eye true blue collection.
This is great, Susan! I love how you covered the cardstock star with the tissue paper! How did you cut out the orange "pinking shears" circle?
